Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics, weather conditions, or local carrier issues.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

heba is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

Please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at julienjojo46@gmail.com with your order number.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address, and we cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage and contact our customer support team at julienjojo46@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If you still cannot locate it, reach out to us at julienjojo46@gmail.com, and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
